Non Destructive Testing (NDT)

Non Destructive Testing inspects the integrity of all frames without damaging or changing the part so that it is still fit for service if it passes the test.

Helico offers a full NDT service (including paint strip & re-coating) where parts are examined using Magnetic Particle and Fluro Penetrant inspection methods. We ensure that parts are reliable and safe before being reinstalled onto your machine.

Our NDT work is fully CASA certified and we release all parts with a CASA Form 1 ARC.
